At Glory 2 ABBA, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our return and refund process.


Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

    • It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.

  • Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

    • Undergarments

    • Swimwear

    • Final sale or clearance items


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.


Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size.

  • To request an exchange, please contact us first before sending the item back.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, or damage).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
